Sowa Consultants Inc., has been established in October 1991 by Fumio FUKUDA, with clear vision and high spirit to create good human life in the domestic as well as overseas, especially in the developing countries, by providing professional consulting engineering services for creating sound water environment and sustainable urban and rural development being harmony with environment.
SOWA strongly recognizes that sound water environment shall be realized by such wide-rang water related activities provided simultaneously as sound water resources management, complete water supply system emphasizing on water quality for drinking, innovative water saving measures in domestic and industrial water use, low-cost public sewage and industrial waste water treatment system, and complete recycle system of the treated water.
SOWA shall continue to develop its human and engineering resources to create sound water environment with a complete water cycle system which benefits all human life, and to answer the more complex needs of sustainable development of the world.
